About

A scholar bridging research and practice

I am a conflict scholar specializing in International Conflict Management, a doctoral researcher, educator, nonprofit leader, and speaker. My research focuses on how nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) design and implement gender-transformative approaches within development and service-delivery systems.

I study how organizational policies and practices influence participation, outcomes, and long-term social change, with particular attention to strategies that dismantle systemic barriers and expand opportunities for women and marginalized groups. I also investigate how NGOs use social capital, digital tools, and community-driven models to strengthen resilience and improve access to resources, examining how technology and innovative service-delivery frameworks can advance inclusion and support sustainable development.

Previously, I served as a Fellow and Budget Analyst with the Georgia Public Defender Council, supporting financial analysis, resource allocation, and organizational planning within a justice-focused public institution, deepening my understanding of organizational accountability, evidence-based decision-making, and the relationship between policy, resources, and equitable service delivery.
